before starting to dance, I highly recommend you to do a short, yet effective, warm-up. This short dance warm-up also contains great fitness routines. I start every dance lesson I teach with a 10-15 minutes warmup, but I guess most of you want it quick… So if you want to get the most out of your dance, use this warmup before you start!
